The outdoor area was chill 😍. The large jug of ice water in my room was thoughtful. But, my room had NO privacy and it was super noisy! Reminded me of I was in the lobby all night.

Location: the hotel was close enough to Escazu and a clean and modern establishment. The rooms were comfortable quiet with huge window, you feel like home. The service provided there was marvellous.

Modern accommodation with absolutely perfect setting just off modern establishment run by very genuine as well as Public transport. Simply no complains at all, really great stay.

My room was directly opposite the lobby, lacking privacy and exposed to constant noise. Conversations and sounds from the lobby made it nearly impossible to sleep, and there was no effort from staff to address the situation despite my complaints. The amenities in the room were sparse, with no kettle or coffee maker.

Casa Tua, where you can eat, is short way from the hotel.

The young woman at the front desk provided a warm welcome, handing me a jug of chilled water since my room lacked a cup. The room size was decent and hot water was plentiful, which I appreciated. My room's location near the lobby was a nightmare for privacy. Sounds from the lobby and kitchen carried into my room. I stayed up late due to conversations from guests in the lobby. Plus, the furnishings felt sparse with no kettle or coffee maker. I needed rest for a 6 am appointment the next day, but loud chatter disrupted my sleep. Requesting a room farther from the lobby might enhance the experience . The outdoor breakfast area was a bright spot. Staff were hardworking, especially the young lady managing the place, contributing positively to my stay.

Request a room away from the lobby for better privacy and quieter surroundings during your stay.

Cozy room, efficient amenities, with a nearby airport just 3 km away for easy travel access, and plenty of hot water made my stay comfortable.

The hotel was clean and featured accommodating staff members. It boasts an amazing location near the airport and is a modern establishment situated in a safe area in Escazu.
